Derbyshire County Council is looking to appoint a Contractor who will be responsible for the design and build of a new two storey building with a café and retail/workshop units at ground floor and offices, together with the associated car parking, realignment of the canal towpath, access roads and landscaping. The Contractor is required to carry out and complete the whole of the Works to the standards set out in the Contract Documents and to maintain the whole of the Works in a clean, tidy and well organised manner throughout the duration of the Contract.
