RES/RES Diversity Leadership Programme

Bristol City Council is seeking to procure places on a diversity leadership programme for under-represented groups from a credible supplier that has a track record of high-quality delivery and positive end-results. The diversity leadership programme will support the council in achieving a more balanced and representative workforce demographic and increase representation at leadership levels. We want the programme to help participants address personal barriers which may be blocking their career development as well as providing them with the skills and knowledge to take the next step in their careers.
