The Provision of a Commercial Property and Estates software system

This procurement will establish a Contract for the supply and implementation of a replacement Commercial Property & Estates software system to include: - Property lease management, with associated invoicing, payments received, collection of outstanding debts, and the generation of purchase orders for repairs to be carried out to leased properties with associated processing of invoices for work carried out. - Tenant access to an on-line portal for the storage of documents, a mechanism to allow tenants to request repairs and to be informed of their progress. - Property asset management module to include Big 6 compliance reporting, planned & capital maintenance schedules and energy calculations. - Integration to the Unit 4 Agresso Finance system
