Lot 1:Construction of Barking Town Centre District Heating Network and Energy Centre

B&D Energy is seeking to procure a suitably qualified company to carry out the installation of a new Strategic Heat Network (SHN) in Barking Town Centre (BTC). This is a new District Heating (DH) network that shall serve a mixture of new and existing customers throughout the BTC area.Lot 1 (SHN) shall cover the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and setting to work of the following key parts of the system:-buried DH pipework,-customer heat substations,-modifications to existing building heating systems,-communications network and heat substation control systems.This tender will be conducted using the competitive procedure with negotiation (CPN) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.PQQ documents are available at https://lbbd.bravosolution.co.uk.Deadline for submission is 12 p.m. on Friday 17 April 2020.
