Peer support for Mothers with post-natal depression

Peer support to women suffering from perinatal mental health issues. A helpline, open Monday to Friday 10am - 9pm Saturday and Sunday 8pm to midnight Weekly support calls to service users A student counselling service Facilitation of four support groups across Bristol Therapeutic listening sessions, either on phone or in person at a group, or by Home Visits provided by staff Advice, information, reassurance and hope of recovery Monitor and evaluate services via focus groups, evaluation forms and twice yearly trip with all four groups. Support and train volunteers to be able to support mother with perinatal mental health issues.
