Development of Financial Model Rulebook

The Contractor is required to translate the detailed logic of the model into a rulebook, where it can then be used as a reference for users of the model. The new rulebook delivered will be comparable in terms of overall scope and content with the 'Price Review 2014 (PR14) Financial Model Rule Book' developed for the last price control. Key differences versus the PR14 Rule Book will be: 1) The new rulebook will be more closely linked to the model in terms of structure and detail. 2) The new rulebook will rely more heavily on diagrams to explain the calculation logic within the model.
