A consultant to undertake enforcement action at a travelling showpeoples site in Hampshire

Winchester City Council is seeking a consultant to undertake an end to end process of enforcement action at Carousel Park, which is situated on the north-west side of the A33 (Basingstoke Road), Micheldever, Hampshire . Planning permission was granted (02/01022/FUL) on 2nd October 2003 for the change of use of agricultural land to a travelling showpeoples' site. The appointed consultant will deal with all breaches of planning control and ensuring compliance with conditions attached to the planning permission granted in 2003.
