The Council requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to undertake a Local Waste Needs Assessment and Capacity Gap Analysis, which will form a key element of the evidence base supporting the emerging Bradford District Local Plan. This will ensure that the evidence base underpinning the waste elements of the emerging Local Plan is robust and credible, and provides clear direction in developing a planning policy framework for sustainable waste management.
