DUD - Corporate Asbestos Analyst Contract - AWARD

In order to meet its legal responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, it is a requirement of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to procure the services of a specialist contractor to assist in the management and control of asbestos within domestic properties and corporate buildings. NB. The Contractor may also be required to carry out works for other Directorates within the Council. Any such requests will be in writing in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the contract Schedule of Rates will apply to such works.
