T1081 Square 5 - Lower Building Refurbishment Works

The University of Essex is looking to refurbish areas 5n1.3.2 - 3.6 in the square five building for the use of our security team. The Project will look to update an existing open plan space, with adequate electric heating, power, data, new flooring, and decoration. It will create a new node room from an existing room, an interview room, changing/locker rooms and potential shower room. Timeline: RFQ Released: 22nd April Clarifications: Up to 12 noon on 10th May RFQ Return: no later than 12 noon 17th May Award: 23rd May Start on site: 3rd June - 29th July* *Should the contractor wish to start immediately after award then this would be possible.
