Description
Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Residential Placements for Children and Young People aged 7 years and Above with Complex Needs across four sites – Brickendon, Cassiobury, Clothall and Melbourn. The Council wishes to procure separate ‘Block Contract’ arrangements to provide Ofsted registered residential homes for Children and Young People aged 7 to 18 with complex needs. This will be divided into four Lots . Providers may apply for one or more Lots. Each Lot will be assessed independently. The Council is offering the opportunity to visit the sites from the 21st of October to the 23rd of October 2025. Please ensure you contact: cyp.cla@hertfordshire.gov.uk to confirm your attendance by noon on 17th October 2025. Due to practicalities on site, the Council will need to limit numbers to two (2) per Provider in the first instance. However, if there is spare capacity nearer the time of the visit we will do our best to accommodate additional numbers. Please advise when confirming your attendance if you want to be considered for additional places and these will be granted on a first come first served basis.
