Description
The existing maintenance arrangements for fire safety equipment come to an end on the 31st March 2017 and a new Contract needs to be procured. The new Term Maintenance Contract will cover all forms of fire safety equipment including fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, extinguishers, fire blankets, signage, AOVs (Automatic Opening Vents), together with dry risers. See Appendix A for the Contract Property Listing and also the separate pricing matrix for the equipment quantities.
