Provision of a Data Management System Licences and Hosting

The South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a contractor to provide licences and host a Data Management software system for use by Yorkshire Smokefree teams across the South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust to enable them to provide their service to the local community. The team consult clients regarding their desired aims of smoking cessation, gather individual demographic and lifestyle information, and in some areas issue vouchers for nicotine replacement products.
