The University are looking for a partner to provide additional ad-hoc support to assist with technical/configuration guidance and problem solving, especially during the Milestone 5 upgrade and implementation of new modules thereafter. Ideally, the partner should provide a helpdesk function enabling the University’s Finance Business Systems team to contact them during office hours and work together to resolve system issues in a timely manner. The partner should also offer short-term consultancy to assist with specific tasks, such as the implementation of a new module, reviewing existing configuration and technical tasks including Agresso Report Creator.
