QU331 - Bespoke Caretaker / Cleaning Training - AWARD

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of Bespoke Caretaker / Cleaning Training. The provision training is required to skill our Estate Caretakers to fulfil their role and deliver a high quality service to BCC housing tenants. A training provider is required to plan and deliver bespoke cleaning training; specifically designed to meet the training requirements of Estate Caretakers working in our high and low rise housing blocks. To provide training to 20 - 25 Estate Caretakers in the first 12 months and up to 30 Estate Caretakers in the following 2 years in specific cleaning techniques to fulfil the demands of our service requirements. Training program to be delivered over a period of 3 months based on day release to the training provider one day per week. Training to be delivered between an accessible/suitable venue identified by the training provider and the Estate Caretakers work location. This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
