Description
Replacement of existing doors with steel security doors to meet L2B Approved Building Regulations. Locations - Austin Way Industrial Estate, Daventry NN11 8QY Humber Close Industrial Estate, Daventry NN118QZ Riley Close Industrial Estate, Daventry, NN118QY Replacement of existing personnel and escape doors with steel security doors to meet L2B Approved Building Regulations and in accordance with Daventry District Council Approved Specification. An approved door has been installed to aid the pricing of this tender and can be vied on request. The sites are located on the outskirts of Daventry town centre with good access routes to the surrounding areas. Access roads are provided to all units for vehicular access with restricted parking is available on the estates. Areas of existing car park will be allocated for site compound during the works. Each door MUST be removed and completely replaced within one day. All Industrial Units will be occupied throughout the works. Other Documents Available – Management Asbestos Reports for each property on request – Viewed at DDC Office – No known Asbestos in the properties
