Claremont Court - Remedials to the Heating Pipework and associated works

Refer to Scope of works. The contract covers remedial works to heating services pipework within ceiling voids/flats and associated works to electrical/fire services. The works may be required on all 6 floors of the residential block of flats and the design is included for the sixth floor works which are the priority.
