National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcome Programme (NCAPOP)

Contract variation for: To incorporate and launch outcome measures as a new type of indicator into the CVDPREVENT data and Improvement Tool (DIT), this will either be in a new area of the tool or as part of the quality improvement and data explorer areas. The outcome measures on the tool will be on the new 'dashboard' and will be grouped to separate prevalence, monitoring, treatment and outcome indicators. Outcome measures will also be available to extract alongside other indicators. Detailed metadata will be added to each indicator and more functionality will be created on the Data Extract Page to allow for specific types of indicators and data sets to be accessed with ease.
