The UEA requires a supplier to provide the following: International shadow payroll services in any country a UEA staff member may be required to work in, that would subsequently require the payment of that staff member in line with local law. This service would include the setup of UEA as an employer, the on-boarding of staff to that country payroll, management of the payroll process for the duration of their stay, and end procedures when staff leave the country in question. It is key that the University is able to implement a fully compliant and secure service.
