Description

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (SWL ICB) is currently developing its service specification and contracting process for the provision of Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) across South West London. The SWL ICB is seeking to appoint a provider/s of Mental Health Support Teams to deliver 20 MHSTs across local clusters working with participating schools/colleges across all six boroughs of South West London to enable children and young people to access and receive the right emotional wellbeing and mental health support and remain in education. The services could be delivered by separate organisations, by the same organisation, or by different organisations bidding in partnership to provide a cohesive service. This market engagement exercise seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the Services. This exercise and any subsequent responses are in no way legally binding on any party. Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform the Relevant Authority as to the level of interest from the market and will be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement. The Market Engagement Questionnaire and current Draft Service Specifications can be downloaded from SAP Ariba Portal at the below link: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/23130862 Please return your completed MEQ through the Portal no later than 17:00 on Wednesday 14 May 2025.
