CSI-HLN-Night Assessment Centre - Outreach Service

The additional outreach workers / night assessment service - is aimed at working with more \r complex clients who need a night assessment facility (separate from the new to the \r streets/prevention accommodation service) to enable safe assessments and a period off the \r streets engage with and to more accurately assess support/care needs. This service will be \r provided by St Mungos. It needs to be standalone contract because the funding stream (RSI \r funding) has been on an annual basis and does not align with the RSS recommissioning (which is \r funded directly from BCC general fund). The full amount of the contract is £127,644 and was approved on PR2344. Funding has been approved for 3 months £31,911 to 30/06/21so there will be a break clause in the contract after 3 months to allow for MHCLG not approving the remaining 9 months.
