CWF Lot 1A Lakeland House Barrow, Refurbishment Works

Refurbishment works to the interior of Lakeland House in Barrow, currently utilised for youth services. The works aim to reconfigure, fit-out and redecorate the internal space in order to create areas for activities and learning to take place, that are both vibrant and fit for purpose. The works primarily include the installation of a kitchen and WC's, flooring, suspended ceilings, lighting, electrics, and decoration. The works also include the removal of two internal walls.
