PL0308 Poolbrook Centre SEN Demolition

Worcestershire County Council owns the existing old school at the Poolbrook Malvern site and is looking at demolishing the existing building, to allow the Department of Education (DfE) to take on the site, to build an ASD Special School. Once cleared of the existing building, the site will allow the DfE to deliver much-needed Special Education Need Disability (SEND) spaces The procurement was undertaken over a two-stage utilising the EEM Framework arrangement for Demolition Projects - DPS0012 Demolition.
