GB-Walsall: WATMOS Community Homes Replacement of Fire Doors

The scope of the Contract is the replacement of approximately 849 fire door sets to flat entrance in properties located on the following WATMOS Estates in Walsall: •Burrowes Street TMO •Sandbank TMO •Chuckery TMO WATMOS intends to appoint a single Contractor for the entire scope of Works. Bids are invited for 2 options: •Option 1 - timber door sets •Option 2 - composite door sets The choice of door will be made following the evaluation of bids.
