Direct Payment Support Service

Lincolnshire County Council is carrying out a joint procurement exercise for Direct Payment Support services for the Council and NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group. The Direct payment support service will support Adults and Children with a Direct Payment across Lincolnshire. This will include Carers who have a personal budget. The service will provide precisely focused personalised advice, guidance and information to enable the individual and/or their authorised person to positively engage with direct payments. The concentrated support at the start of the individual's journey will have greatest impact on the confidence of the individual, supporting the path to independence. The service will provide a range of services including: signposting and advice to the most appropriate product, securing a range of services including payroll and insurance and providing expert advice and guidance in support with setting up and being an Employer, PA finder, Brokerage, Suitable Person and Training and information workshops and resources. Provide expert advice and work closely with front line teams.
