L5 IHASS Floating Support Services

Lewisham Council is inviting submissions for the Tender for an Intensive Housing Advice and Floating Support Service in Lewisham. The Service Provider will run an intensive short-term housing advice and support service within Lewisham for single adults and families who have at risk tenancies or resettlement needs. There will be a requirement to manage a caseload of 150 singles and 50 families at any one time. There is a requirement to provide a staff office for the service which will need to be based in Lewisham
