AMCV 264 - ALD Residential Services, North Shropshire

Shropshire Council is inviting tenders for residential care services for people with learning disabilities. The home is in the north of the county of Shropshire. The home currently has 5 service users, and for the purposes of this tender, tenderers should complete the tender response document to reflect provision of service to 5 service users. The contract will be for all five beds within the home. The contract will be let for a period of five years with an option to extend for up to a further five years commencing on 7th July 2019. The estimated value given below assumes the full 10 years value. The service is staffed by staff employed by Shropshire Council and applicants should note that it is considered that the Employee 'Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations '2006 ('TUPE') will apply to this contract. Applicants are advised to seek their own legal advice about the practicality of these regulations.
