Primary Care Medical Services for St Thomas Road Surgery, Derby City

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England & NHS Improvement – Midlands and NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (referred to as the Commissioners) wish to invite suitably experienced and qualified providers to deliver Primary Care Medical Services for St Thomas Road Surgery, Derby. The new contract is required to start on 1 October 2022. Based on the current weighted patient list size of 3,849 (as of October 21) the total maximum estimated contract value for the service provision resultant of this procurement will be £3,538,809.09 over the lifetime of the contract. The contract will run for an initial 5-year period with the option to extend the contract for up to a further 4 years and 6 months (maximum total contract duration 9 years and 6 months). The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Standard Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract 2021.
