CS5191 Architectural Services George Green Secondary School

1.1. London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking to procure Architectural Design Services for alterations and extension for additional teaching space and a new 6th Form centre at George Green School, Isle of Dogs, E14. 1.2. The appointed practice will be required to lead on the review, design and specification of the project, initially to provide a feasibility assessment and proposals and with the option to continue the appointment to RIBA Stage 3 and for additional services to RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6 at the Council's discretion. 1.3. Further details of the project requirements are included in the client project scope provided in schedule 9.1. If bidders wish to undertake any site visits, all requests must be made through the Council's tendering portal. 1.4. It is expected that the successful bidder will be appointed in March 2017.
