National Highways (the Client) is seeking the provision of services to undertake a task to review and update CA 185 Vehicle speed measurement. The task will review CA 185 to determine whether its current methodologies remain appropriate and whether there are alternative methods, such as connected vehicle data that could also be used. The task will then seek to update the document and ensure that it complies with the most recent release of the Manual for Development of Documents (MDD). Overall, the aims of the task are to: 1. Review existing methodologies set out within CA 185 2. Undertake research into use of alternative data to update CA 185 3. Review the Matters Arising file 4. Complete update of CA 185
