Description
In 2004 the Gadebridge Park Paddling Pool was closed due to Health and Safety concerns and there has been a lot of public pressure for a new facility since the installation and refurbishment of other water facilities in neighbouring boroughs. Due to public pressure the Council have carried out a small feasibility study and released capital funds for not only a splash park but also a new playground which will be relocated from the current location to a location next to the splash park. So, the Council are looking for suitable contractors to design and install both a splash park and a playground. Both these opportunities will be separate Lots. The Council are looking for the splash park to be completed by Christmas 2017 and be open by Spring 2018. The Council are looking for the Playground to be completed by Christmas 2017.
