Technical Ability - Conditions of Participation To be considered for the Clifford Lawton House Lift Replacement contract, contractors must demonstrate the following technical capabilities: 1. Relevant Experience Proven track record in delivering similar lift replacement or refurbishment projects, particularly within occupied residential buildings. 2. Qualified Personnel Identification of key personnel responsible for delivery, including: Contract Manager Site Manager Resident Liaison Officer Quantity Surveyor Each must have relevant qualifications, experience, and DBS checks. 3. Health & Safety Competence Demonstrated understanding and implementation of: Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans (CPHSP) Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Site-specific safety procedures Compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and ISO 45001 (if held). All operatives must have asbestos awareness training and adhere to IDS's safeguarding policy. 4. Quality Assurance Evidence of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Commitment to a zero-defects policy and staged snagging process. Use of digital tools for quality tracking is encouraged. 5. Environmental and Social Responsibility Ability to deliver works in an environmentally responsible manner, including: Waste minimisation and recycling Low-emission transport and materials 6. Certifications and Accreditations CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, or equivalent. ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (H&S) preferred.
