THIS OPPORTUNITY IF OPEN TO INVITED CONSULTANTS ONLY (ATTACHED TO THE PROJECT BY THE COUNCIL) - Elmbridge Borough Council is looking to appoint a Planning Consultants to appear as the Council's expert witness at a public inquiry into an appeal against the refusal of planning permission for a development comprising 42 dwellings with associated garaging, landscaping and amenity area, including mini soccer pitch, outdoor gym and children's play area with new access from Hurst Lane.
