Provider engagement for the new commissioning model for homecare

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) are inviting potential providers to respond to proposals for a new way of providing Homecare services (known as a Placed-Based model) that could have a significant impact on the way Homecare services in Cambridgeshire are delivered. Please register your interest to access the Provider Engagement document. Section 7 (Our Requirements) sets out our thoughts on how a new Placed-Based Model could work and Section 8 are the questions that we would kindly ask you to complete as part of your feedback.
