Greville House demolition

Bristol City Council (BCC) is the unitary authority for Bristol, England whose executive function is controlled by a directly appointed mayor of Bristol. BCC owns and manages 28,000 homes. The Mayor has set out a commitment of building 2,000 new homes. As a part of this commitment the Housing Revenue Account's (HRA) development programme target involves the delivery of approximately 120 council homes a year over the next 10 years through a number of delivery phases. This project is enabling works to prepare the site for future development by Bristol City Council for housing (subject to the usual permissions).
