Provision of Sustainable Growth Consultancy for North Yorkshire County Council North Yorkshire County Council ("the Council") is seeking to supplement its own internal capacity in its bid to maximise opportunities for the promotion of sustainable growth in North Yorkshire. The successful organisation will be required to both work with core Council staff to formulate plans as well as fulfilling the role of a critical friend. The Council is seeking an organisation that can demonstrate an understanding of economic growth, combined with an ability to navigate a range of funding streams available. The role therefore requires good strategic ability, but a very practical ability to progress plans and to contribute operationally.
