PEP/ES/School Establishment Statutory Milk Contract 2025

The Council wishes to appoint a provider for the supply of Subsidised School Milk for schools, nurseries, academies, free schools and other educational establishments. The supplier will supply and deliver the School Milk to the settings and do the associated administration where required. Bristol City Council (BCC) Bristol City Maintained Schools, Early Years Settings, Academy Schools and other educational establishments. Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) BANES has requested to be named in this tender as there is a possibility that BANES schools MAY join this contract at a later date. The estimated value range for BANES is £60k - £65k and this will increase the overall annual value range proportionately. Academy Schools who are in a group included in the above named Authorities, but also in other Authorities where the Academy Group operates. The contract length will be for three (3) years, with options to extend for up to a maximum of 12 months.
