Description
The overall aim was to recruit candidates who are on the autism spectrum who can then engage with this programme, through working with a partner who is a specialist in this area and has a network of eligible candidates that they can support and guide through this internship The Contracting Authority sought proposals for the Autism Exchange Internship Programme. The successful supplier is required to: -Provide Internship management and pre-programme arrangement and development. -Promote the internship amongst their networks and sourcing eligible candidates. -Offer outreach amongst their networks and provide advice and guidance to prospective clients. -Match interns to roles. -Provide training to departments and managers of autism as well as how autism can be supported in the workplace, including both IT and non-IT accessibility requirements. -Provide a full evaluation of the programme, with success criteria defined jointly. -Provide regular support to interns as required.
