Open Framework for the Provision of Short Breaks

Stockport Council wishes to establish an Open Framework in order to provide a broad range of Short Breaks to people with varying support needs within the borough. Our vision is to offer flexible option to individuals to directly purchase service from providers and where required for the local authority to directly commission appropriate services from the framework. Providers delivering personal care within the home or in residential settings, must have the appropriate CQC registration.
