Description
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to gauge the level of interest for this opportunity. This exercise is not a call for competition. The Council wishes to establish a Framework of several Service Providers for the provision of Vehicle Accident Damage Repairs - for light commercial vehicles and cars under 7.5 tonnes. It is anticipated the Framework will run for three (3) years with one (1) possible 12-month extension period. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise is to: • Understand current market capacity, capability, and interest. • Identify barriers, risks, and opportunities. • Inform the procurement strategy (including scope, risk allocation and form of contract). • Shape future tender documentation so that it aligns with the market and delivers best value.
