Description

Mace Dragados require an experienced and technically qualified individual for the role of Noise & Vibration Consultant and a provider of Environmental Monitoring. The duties consist of (but are not limited to): -Support in production of Section 61 Consent applications. -Attend monthly meetings with local authority (if required) -Act as part of the consents team as technical champion for noise and vibration. -Attend regular meetings with HS2 and regulators. -Investigate exceedances and complaints and recommend remedial measures. -Provide noise and vibration monitoring reports and calibration data. -Make recommendations to Mace Dragados for further monitoring. -Responsible for calibration and maintenance of monitoring instruments and interface with online platform. It is essential that the provider has demonstrable previous experience on large scale complex UK infrastructure projects (e.g. Network Rail, London Underground, Crossrail, Tideway). If successful, selected Applicants will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list. Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station. HS2 Phase One includes construction of a new railway line run from London Euston to new stations at Old Oak Common in West London, an Interchange Station near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and a terminus station in Birmingham City Centre (Curzon Street).
