Description
The works involve: stripping out of internal finishes, toilets and kitchenette; repairs to floors, walls and ceilings; repair of damp affected plaster; repairs and replacement of internal doors; repairs to windows; repairs to rainwater goods and isolated roof areas; internal and external redecoration. Tenderers are asked to contact the Employer's CA to arrange access to inspect the site and discuss the works prior to submitting their tender. Details for the CA are given in the Contact Section of this Notice, as well as the Attachments section, and within the Tender Document. Tender submissions must include a priced copy of the Schedule of Work and Tender Summary, along with the completed Form of Tender including lead-in time and contract period. Tenderers are asked to submit their best programme for undertaking the works. However, the Employer is keen to have these works undertaken at the earliest opportunity, ideally starting on site at the beginning of June and completing in July. Tenders are to be returned by Monday 11th May 2020 (allowing for the early May Bank Holiday) and must be submitted via the tender portal.
