FEWS Invitro Testing

Dstl set out to confirm this notice is published for information and transparency purposes only. It sets out the intention of Dstl to commence a non-competitive procurement to establish a multi-year call off agreement. The scope of the proposed agreement is for the provision of In-Vitro testing services of potentially psychoactive substances to support the implementation of the Psychoactive Substances Act (2016). The decision to proceed via a non-competitive procurement strategy has been identified and approved against a technical justification.
