Description
RSH are looking for the provision of a service to supply and administer injectable drugs in community settings for cancer patients and potentially for non-cancer patients, via a fully managed service. The service would include the dispensing and supply of cytotoxic and immunotherapy drugs, together with associated supportive care drugs for use as part of the treatment regimen and/or for the patients to take home for self-medication, noting that all medicines would be VAT exempt There is also the requirements for the provision of a nursing service to administer the injectable drugs, working under locally agreed protocols, to the patients in a minimum of two community-based locations and/or via homecare.
