Provision of Stage 2 Independent Investigating Officer & Independent Person and Stage 3 Panellist & Chair Service

The Authority has statutory obligations in relation to the investigation of Children's Social Care complaints under the Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulations 2006. The Authority is seeking a supplier to provide provision of stage 2 Independent Investigating Officers & Independent Person and stage 3 Panellist & Chair service. The Contract will be for a period 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 5 years (3+2). The anticipated annual Contract value is £42,250, therefore the total anticipated value of the Contract is £211,250. These figures are estimates due to the service being demand led.
