Description

SCW is currently developing and delivering solutions at scale as well as regional and ICS level services. In order to continue to meet rapidly changing requirements we need to underpin development, growth and delivery with a sustainable and commercially viable resourcing and a flexible workforce function can form part of the overall strategy and delivery as well as providing ROI in its own right. The development of a Flexible Resourcing Support offer provides excellent fit for the NHS and wider health and care at this time. The recovery and future development of health and care will require dynamic resourcing for years to come and this option can provide workforce at the kind of scale we could not deliver through a consultancy model and can act as an enabler to longer term service delivery models. Development of this solution based on the right commercial and operating model and values could provide SCW with an opportunity to contribute to workforce in the context of dynamic, flexible solutions at national level which would open up further opportunities for consultancy and operational service delivery. Delivery of a reliable, easy to use best value solution can help our existing customers, the NHS and wider health and care meet the needs of their populations and patients efficiently and effectively with SCW fulfilling its key role as an enabler as well as a direct delivery partner. SCW is seeking a partner(s) to provide specialist subject matter expertise (SME) to support the development of our offer. The partner(s) will operate under direction of SCW and as part of a blended delivery team with SCW colleagues. The SME will provide direct experience of start up of flexible workforce approaches, with knowledge of alternative models, market positioning, business development, and commercial growth will provide SCW with robust commercial as well as market and partnership advice to complement our own internal capability.
