Fully Managed Vending Service

This Contract was procured as an RFQ in accordance with the University's Finance Regulations Procurement Thresholds. The Provision will consist of free on loan vending machines for hot and cold drinks and confectionery snacks. The account will operate on an income rebate system. The contracted supplier will refill and maintain the machines as instructed by the University Catering Services Operations Division. The successful Contractor must demonstrate their commitment to ensuring high quality standards of customer service and support and operate a continuous improvement ethos in respect to service and value.
