Black Country Impact - Anger Management - AWARD

To deliver Anger Management training to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). Anger Management courses will help participants explore and understand the causes, triggers and behavior patterns of anger. Training will encourage learners to embrace and equip themselves with effective techniques for diffusing and coping with aggressive and stressful situations. Courses should cover a range of subjects such as; o Effective strategies for calming down. o Exploring the relationship between anger and emotional and physical health. o Better communication and conflict resolution skills. o Developing coping strategies.
