Evaluate three FE Sector Management and Leadership Programmes

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a tenderer to evaluate the following programmes for 2020-21: 1. Leading from the Middle - Middle Managers Programme 2. Diversity in Leadership 3. New to Senior Leadership. Tenderers should be aware that the programmes are of different values and operate on different timescales. The aim of this tender is to identify ETF's leadership programmes successes and challenges, assess the quality of participants' learning experience and the impact of the programme on participants' professional practice and organisational performance. The successful tenderer should provide actionable recommendations for the continuing improvement of the programme.
