Bromley Substance Misuse Service

The provision of substance misuse prevention and treatment services for adults and young people. The Adults and Young People services are currently provided under two separate contracts but will be combined into one contract under the new Agreement but will be delivered independently of each other to provide continuity of care. The Service will deliver the following key elements to Adults and Young People: 1. Prevention 2. Identification and Engagement 3. Treatment and Recovery 4. Aftercare and Re-integration. Partnership working will be integral particularly in working with the wider health and social care systems. The provider will work with partners around early identification and intervention as well as aftercare to improve outcomes for service users.
